    Where do you ship to?

    We ship from Seoul, Korea to below 15 + countries. United States (58 of 62 states), Australia, Canada, United Kingdom, Germany, France, Spain, Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, Hong Kong SAR, Japan, Taiwan, Thailand, Vietnam, Brazil, Russia, South Korea. We're working hard to make our shipping options available to more countries!

    How much does the shipping cost?

    Above countries will be charged $5 flat shipping fee.

    Shipping to other countries have a fee and it may vary on price.

    When does my box ship and how long will it take to arrive?

    After the order is placed, your first box is immediately prepared and packed within 2 weeks to be handed over to the shipping courier. From then, other subscription boxes will be ship out based on shipping schedule for each month/season.

    Arrival time varies depending on region, we estimatethe box to arrive in arrive in 14-28 days after the shipment date.

    What about possible custom fees?

    We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

    What subscription plans do you offer?

    We offer two different membership plans: Seasonal and Annual!

    Seasonal Membership

    If you sign up for the Seasonal Membership*, you'll pay each season. Your membership automatically continues each season unless you decide to cancel before your upcoming bill date.


    Annual Membership

    If you sign up for the Annual Membership you'll pay upfront (that's $20 USD in yearly membership savings compared to a Seasonal subscription), for 4 boxes and you will get automatic Annual status! Your membership automatically continues each year unless you decide to cancel before your bill date.

    How do I cancel my subscription?

    Sorry to see you go! You can cancel online via your customer portal whenever you like. We’ve made cancelling hassle-free so that you can try our subscription service without any stress. If you would like to cancel, log into your KollectionSeouldashboardor find theemail you received when you first signed up, subject "Your subscription was accepted" and click "view subscription" and click cancel button. There are no cancellation fees.

    Please be sure to cancel your subscription before your billing date to avoid renewing your subscription for the next cycle. Or you will continue to be billed for the following seasonal box or next 4 seasonal boxes (for Annual members).

    Canceling your account does not provide you a refund for any paid boxes, nor does it stop a pending charge. Your cancellation will go into effect for the following billing cycle. You will receive a confirmation email after you have canceled. You will receive a confirmation email after you have canceled. Annual Membership cancellation requests will go into effect at the end of the annual term. Annual Membership is committed to pay and receive for 4 boxes and are non-refundable.

    What is return policy?

    KollectionSeoul does not accept returns and all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges of subscription boxes, box items, one-time box, add-ons, additional box purchases, shop orders, or edit/flash sale orders. Any returns made to us will not be eligible for a refund.

    My box is missing/I have issue with my received order. What should I do?

    Any missing, damaged, lost, defective, or wrong/incorrect item(s) must be reported within 1 week of your delivery date. Please contact our Customer Care Team info@kollectionseoul.com and we will assist you with filing a claim and/or getting your items replaced.

    We are not responsible for issues that arise from the purchaser's mistakes or errors.

    Once your order is billed, we are unable to update the shipping address.

    ​If your order is currently shipping to the wrong address please contact the carrier for assistance. They might be able to reroute your order.

    Additionally, you can update your shipping address any time prior to billing in your account setting.

    What's the billing, shipping schedule for my box?

    Our billing and shipping schedule is organized to maximize shipping efficiency and help prevent overlap between the various groups.

    Billing date for seasonal box: After your first billing, You will receive your first box mentioned in the plan. After this, billing schedule will be 5th of every season; January, April, July, October.
    Cut off date: 14th of every season; January, April, July, October.
    Shipping date: All boxes subscribed before the cut-off date will be shipped out in bulk on the 18th of January, April, July, October. 
    For your first box: Your box will generally ship within a week of successful billing. If you place an order within 15 days from the seasonal box renewal date, it will not be charged again on the renewal date. The box will be shipped with the box corresponding to the relevant season of the renewal.

    Billing date for monthly box: After your first billing, You will receive your first box mentioned in the plan. After this, billing schedule will be 5th of every month.
    Cut off date: 15th of each month
    Shipping date: All boxes subscribed before the cut-off date (sign up by 15th) will be shipped out in bulk on the 18th of each month.
    For your first box: If you sign up after cut off date, You'll get your first box on next month 18th and will not be charged again on the next renewal date. The box will be shipped with the box corresponding to the relevant month of the renewal. 

    How do I update my account Information?

    Once you start subscribing, you'll receive email start with "Your subscription was accepted". -> click "View subscription". You can always view, edit or cancel your subscription by logging to your account in our store.
