When will my Kollection Seoul box arrive?

Great question! For subscription boxes, after your order is placed, your first box will be prepared and packed according to the product shipping schedule for that month or season. If you've placed an order for a One-Time Box or individual items exceeding our minimum order amount, your shipment will be dispatched within 3-7 days after order confirmation. Arrival time varies depending on your region, but you can generally expect your package within 14-28 days from the shipment date. Keep an eye on your inbox—we'll notify you as soon as your order ships!

Where do you ship to?

We ship from Seoul, Korea to over 33 countries! Here are our current shipping options:


    - 24 countries (shipping cost: $4.5 - $7.2): China, Hong Kong SAR, Japan, Malaysia, Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam, Germany, United Kingdom, Canada, United States (53 of 62 states), Brazil, France, Singapore, Spain, Taiwan, Australia, Russia, Egypt, New Zealand, Poland, Hungary, United Arab Emirates, Indonesia.

    - 9 countries (fixed shipping: $15): South Africa, India, Mauritius, Pakistan, Türkiye, Zambia, Greece, Kuwait, Cambodia.

Are the items in the box official and authentic?

Absolutely! Everything you get is 100% official, authentic, and straight from Korea—because only the best is good enough for our amazing subscribers.

Can I pause or cancel my subscription anytime?

Absolutely! We’re all about keeping things flexible. Just go to your account settings to pause or cancel anytime. We'll be right here if you decide to come back!

What if I receive a damaged or missing item?

Oh no! We totally get how disappointing that can be. Just snap a quick photo, send it our way, and we'll make sure to fix it ASAP!
